End of Tenancy
This service is designed for property transitions, where a home needs to be restored to a clean and well-presented standard ready for handover.
End of tenancy work is approached with care and structure, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and key living areas, with presentation included as standard. Scope is agreed in advance, as time and requirements can vary significantly depending on the condition and layout of the property.
This service is best suited to clients seeking a considered, professional reset rather than a rushed, volume-based clean.
Where internal work is required (e.g. cupboards) this is discussed separately.
Pre-Sale Preparation
Pre-sale services are designed to support property transitions.
This service is appropriate for:
- Tenants preparing a property for handover
- Homeowners preparing a property for sale

Work is approached carefully and methodically, with attention to the overall condition and presentation of the property.
Individual Room
Reset & Presentation
A structured reset of an individual room, suitable for either an adult or child’s space is designed to restore order, cleanliness, and visual calm.
This service focuses on bringing a room back to a, well-presented state. It includes clearing and resetting surfaces, tidying and organising visible items, and re-presenting the room so it feels calm, functional, and lived-in rather than overwhelmed.
Where appropriate, this may also include changing bed linen and sorting room-based laundry into colour groups ready for washing. Laundry is not washed, dried, or folded as part of this service.
This is a single-room service only and does not extend to other areas of the home. Scope is agreed in advance, as time and condition can vary depending on the room and volume of items.
